Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Shrimps pieces as much as we do, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all signature tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Order

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
